Elisabeta's Restaurant is owned and operated by George Radu and his sister, Chef Mariana.

The restaurant offers a variety of your home for fresh-from-scratch prepared homestyle European  and American foods, friendly service, and a pleasant environment for family and friends.

Our Story:  Elisabeta was the mother of the owners, George and Mariana. She had a difficult time practicing her love of food in Romania, catering private parties and weddings, because of the country's strict Communist regime. Unfortunaly, all of the restaurants were opened by the goverment. She later left Romania, for a refugee camp in Austria where she worked in a kitchen before emigrating to the US in 1986. Elisabeta had always dreamed of owning her own restaurant, but never had the opportunity. She died in May 2008, and her children, George and Mariana, had opened up a restaurant in her honor.

Coming from a Hungarian and Greek background, the family restaurant specializes in Eastern European cuisine along with standard American food to suit everyone's prefrence. At Elisabeta's Restaurant we take pride in our food and service. Our food is prepared from scratch with fresh ingredients to capture authentic home-style cooking from Eastern Europe and America.
